Shipping policy
Delivery Within the UAE We deliver across the UAE using Aramex, a trusted local courier. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery to remote areas (including some parts of Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Hatta) may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: AED 15 for all orders
- Free shipping on orders over AED 200
Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Sunday.
Areas We Serve We currently deliver to all emirates within the UAE. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment through Aramex.
